2024 Dallas Mineral Collecting Symposium

Welcome to the 2024 Dallas Mineral Collecting Symposium.

We’re excited to host a small, intimate group here in Dallas August 16-18, 2024, while livestreaming worldwide to friends at home on August 17, 2024!

In-person Invitations:

While we would love to host everyone, invitations to the in-person Dallas Mineral Collecting Symposium are sent on an invite-only basis post-COVID pandemic in order to keep a controlled limit on event size and ensure seating capacity restrictions are met. Invitations will be issued in the Spring of 2024 and tickets may be purchased at that time.

Livestream Tickets:

Those not receiving an invitation are welcome to purchase a ticket to the Dallas Mineral Collecting Symposium livestream, which will broadcast all of our Saturday talks live from Dallas! Tickets are available for $25 (+tax) and benefit Mindat.org.

You can purchase your DMCS Livestream tickets HERE.

Benefit Auction:

Additionally, our annual benefit auction will be hosted on MineralAuctions.com, with dozens of minerals, mineralia, and field collecting trips up for auction. Proceeds benefit The Mineralogical Record, Rocks & Minerals, mindat.org, and the TGMS Exhibits Fund. If you haven’t yet, please create your account early to ensure your account is active.

The DMCS Benefit Auction is NOW LIVE and will end at 6PM CDT on August 17, 2024.

If you received an invitation and have questions or problems with purchasing tickets, please reach out to info@dallassymposium.org.
